This Privacy Policy describes how our Brands collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information. Unless otherwise indicated, this webpage and all its subdomains, subpages, or shared interfaces follow this Privacy Policy.
References in this Privacy Policy to “we”, “us”, “our”, are references to the entity or entities of Beetles Gel Polish® responsible for establishing the purposes for the processing of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all processing activities of personal information undertaken by us through websites, applications, E-Commerce platforms, third-party social media tools, email, telephone, and other online channels, when providing products, services, or activities to you. Our Beetles Group, Subsidiaries and Affiliates: We may make your personal information available to other entities within the Beetles Group or transfer to our subsidiaries and affiliates on a need-to-know basis for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy.
Service Providers: We do not authorise service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. Examples of these service providers include entities that process credit card payments, fulfil orders, track and investigate contraventions of our policies, terms and conditions, and that provide websites and applications functionality, hosting, analytics, advertising and marketing services. All such processing is based on our prior instructions set out in a binding contract that is compliant with the requirements of applicable laws. Any such transmission is at your own risk and you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use, distribution, damage or destruction of your information, except to the extent we are required to accept such responsibility under the law.
