This Privacy Policy describes how our Brands collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information. Unless otherwise indicated, this webpage and all its subdomains, subpages, or shared interfaces follow this Privacy Policy.
References in this Privacy Policy to “we”, “us”, “our”, are references to the entity or entities of Beetles Gel Polish® responsible for establishing the purposes for the processing of your personal information.

Our Beetles Group, Subsidiaries and Affiliates: We may make your personal information available to other entities within the Beetles Group or transfer to our subsidiaries and affiliates on a need-to-know basis for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy.

Any such transmission is at your own risk and you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use, distribution, damage or destruction of your information, except to the extent we are required to accept such responsibility under the law.
